Detours, Closures and Delays Frustrating Twin Falls Motorists

Road construction has kicked into high gear in Twin Falls. Drivers on Blue Lakes Boulevard North and Washington Street South can expect detours and construction. Crews will be resurfacing Washington Street South from South Park Avenue to Orchard Drive and you should avoid the area if possible. Starting this morning parts of Blue Lakes Blvd. North will also be closed off to repair cracking, rutting and deteriorating asphalt. Other roads  around town are also scheduled to be worked on this week. Work on the roads usually starts at around 7 a.m. and stops at round 6 p.m.
