Fraud charges will likely be re-filed against the former director of the Minidoka County Senior Center.  Charges that she embezzled nearly $2500 from the center have been dismissed for now against 29 year old Holly Anne Najera.  She was originally charged with two counts of fraud for alleged possession of the center’s debit card.  She is accused of using the card to get money from ATM machines on several occasions.  She was reportedly identified in an ATM surveillance video by members of the board of directors of the center.  Minidoka County Prosecutor Lance Stevenson says the investigation is continuing and charges will probably be re-filed later.
