Idahoans Still Giddy Over Candidate Visits
It was a buffet of presidential candidates for the people of Idaho last week. Rick Santorum, Mitt Romney and Ron Paul all touched down in the Gem State. The three GOP candidates made their appearances in just four days, hoping to gain the vote of Idahoans.
Rally-goers also said the rush of political appearances last week put Idaho in the spotlight, something many felt was important as the Idaho caucus nears on March 6. No word yet if Newt Gingrich will schedule an appearance in Idaho.
