How does claiming solidarity with Manchester make you a better person?

Does it restore dead children to life?  Would adding more Muslim refugees to any community send a message we won’t tolerate Islamic thuggery?

This morning, I found a commentary from a writer who points out the bromides allow politicians and liberals to promote their own moral superiority until the next crime.

Speaking of crime, a writer in North Dakota is examining the numbers of refugees in jail.  It appears they can be a burden on a city, county and/or state when taxpayers provide them with three hots and a cot.
