Bicyclist Killed After Being Struck by a Car South of Twin Falls
An elderly man was killed while riding his bike Sunday afternoon south of Twin Falls.
The accident happened at the intersection of N 3400 E and E 3400 N, in Twin Falls County on Sunday evening at 5:14.

Idaho State Police have reported that they are investigating the accident. The report states:
A 76-year-old male of Kimberly was riding a bicycle southbound on N 3400 E when he failed to stop at the posted stop sign and was struck by a 2000 Hyundai Accent going westbound on E 3400 N. The Hyundai was driven by a 37-year-old male of Oakley, with a 24-year-old male passenger of Guatemala.
The bicycle rider was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident but was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both men in the Hyundai were wearing seatbelts and were not transported for injuries or medical needs.
The intersection of N 3400 E and E 3400 N has stop signs posted on the north and south sides of the intersection - east and westbound traffic do not have to stop.
