JEROME, Idaho (KLIX) Jerome emergency coordinators have asked county citizens to report damage caused by recent flooding. The Jerome County Emergency Manager Clint Blackwood said in a news release that his office is gathering information on the economic and structural impact to the county by flooding.

On February 10 Jerome County Commissioners issued a disaster declaration. Eventually Jerome County was added to Gov. "Butch" Otter's disaster declaration. Blackwood says assessing the damage may help get assistance, although it does not guarantee help will be provided. People can download and fill out a form provided by the county which then can be sent back to cblackwood@co.jerome.id.us. Find the form at this LINK

Forms along with photos can be mailed to: Jerome County Emergency Management 2151 South Tiger Drive, Jerome, Id, 83338.
