Jerome city officials are trying to figure out a way to fund about $3-million dollars of improvements at its wastewater treatment facility.  Officials were notified that the EPA is considering a judgment to force the city to fix problems that caused the sewer system to back up earlier this spring with effluent from milk products. EPA officials said they would give the city a certain amount of time of fix the problems.  Meanwhile, the EPA has requested records dating back to 2007.  The Times News reports that city officials may consider a bond to pay for the improvements.
