Mountain Home Man Dies After Single Vehicle Crash in Boise
BOISE, Idaho (KLIX)-Boise authorities are trying to determine the cause of a crash that killed a Mountain Home man on Wednesday in a traffic accident.
The Ada County Coroner Dotti Owens said in a statement, 40-year-old Daniel Sauvaine died at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center after being taken there when he was involved in a single vehicle crash on Fairview Avenue, Wednesday afternoon.
Witnesses say they'd seen Sauvaine's vehicle traveling in the wrong direction, went over the curb, hit a bus stop sign then a business sign and finally a tree. The Boise Police Department is investigating, the coroner is waiting for toxicology reports.
