The task of redrawing the legislative district lines to comply with the latest census is in full swing.  To help with the task a public meeting will be held in the Mini-Cassia area next week so citizens will have a chance to weigh in on the process.  The process requires that all residents have equal representation in Congress and the state Legislature.  The Idaho Commission on Redistricting will hold three meetings in south-central Idaho.  The first of those meetings is scheduled to take place from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Burley High School Little Theater.  Anyone wanting to testify at the hearing is ask to sign up at the door before the event and provide a written copy of your testimony.
