Idaho schools will remain on a "soft closure" for the remainder of the school year, but local districts may have the option to bring back students to the classroom depending on the status of social distancing directives are lifted because of the the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Boise State University (BSU) will have its first ever female president since it was created in 1932. The Idaho State Board of Education named Dr. Marlene Tromp to serve as the seventh president of the Broncos for the next three years.
First there were 60, now there are five finalist in the running for Boise State President. On Sunday the Idaho State Board of Education announced the final list of candidates who submitted applications to take over BSU as the seventh president.
