The use of the deadly drug is increasing exponentially according to a report released last week.  Additionally, there is a renewed effort to legalize medical marijuana in the state.  While some favor it for treatment of illness, most politicians still draw the line when it comes to recreational use.

Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs joined us on Top Story.  He explained Governor “Butch” Otter’s veto of a previous medical marijuana bill is misunderstood.  The Governor isn’t being cruel, but wants to ensure nobody is harmed by the medical product.
