Top Story 8/6/14 – Should Idaho pursue a ban on gay marriage?

The state’s lawyers have filed their reply briefs in their appeal of a court ruling that will, if it stands, legalize same-sex marriage in Idaho.  Should Idaho continue to pursue the ban or has this battle been decided already?
