The other day, I started to notice the booming growth in Twin Falls is now extending to the neglected south side.

While some may not like the change, it beats vacant lots!  We’ve spent months fretting about the need for better roads.  The population boom should help remedy a portion of that problem.  It also means more healthcare options.  Entire ailing neighborhoods can be transformed by housing needs.  My old man always sold me on the notion of “progress” as being a public good.  Sure, there are growing pains, but in my business population translates as dollars and we then put our dollars back into the community.  Twin Falls County Republican Chairman Steve Millington outlined some of the changes on Top Story.
