A Presidential Call to Cripple the Court System

Imagine prosecuting a crime when you can’t use fingerprints, confessions or eye witness testimony.  Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs joined us today on Top Story.  This is also the day where a Presidential panel is recommending that many current prosecutorial tools be scrapped.
