A Buhl man who pleaded guilty to several charges after police say he shot another Buhl man and then led police on a high speed chase, now says he wants to change his plea to not-guilty.  23 year old Marc May is accused of shooting James Lambert of Buhl, in the leg near the end of May of last year.  Police say he then led police on a high-speed chase until he was pulled over by police and wound up getting shot in the head by a Filer police officer.  His injuries were not serious though.  May pleaded guilty to four of six original charges including aggravated battery and aggravated assault.  Two of the charges were dropped in the plea bargain.  May was scheduled for sentencing last Friday but told the judge he wanted to plead not-guilty.  A hearing has been set for May 5th.
