Easter Egg Hunt Goes Wrong
A group in Sacramento California tried to beat the Work Record for the largest Easter Egg Hunt but they failed!
The Egg hunt failed in two ways. First, they didn't have enough eggs to beat the World Record. Currently, the World Record stands at 501,000. The group in Sacramento only had $500,000 eggs and it was very poorly organized so it became chaos!
The bigger kids ended up trampling the little kids for eggs. Then the PARENTS got involved, and started trampling EVERYONE to get eggs for their own children.
According to CBS 13 - Sacramento, kids were crying, getting hurt . . . and parents were pushing and swearing at them and each other.
I thought everyone knew that if you are going to host an Easter Egg hunt you have to divide kids into age groups. Apparently, not everyone knows that.
