Filer Police Say Goodbye to Former Chief

FILER, Idaho (KLIX) The Filer Police Department announced the passing of former Police Chief Don Barkley. In a social media post the police department says Barkley served in Filer from 1983 to 1996, when he retired. Barkley went on to serve of city council.
