Twin Falls County Prosecuting Attorney Grant Loebs spent the second hour of Tuesday’s show in studio.  He responded to the case against Cliven Bundy and associates being tossed out of federal court.

We also talked about what appears to be an epidemic of student-teacher sexual relationships.

In the latter half of the discussion we spoke about proposals to institute a Castle Doctrine in Idaho.  The state already has “Stand Your Ground” enshrined in law.  Mr. Loebs opposed a resolution last weekend at a State Republican Party Committee gathering.  It was defeated and he has been taking some serious heat (often in the form of threats) online.  You can hear his explanation and then make a reasoned judgment.  The show is posted below:
