IDAHO CITY, Idaho (AP) — A small Idaho city continues to rebuild one year after a fire tore through the area and destroyed five businesses.

KTVB-TV reports that hundreds of people gathered in Idaho City on Saturday for a commemoration of the June 5, 2015, blaze that destroyed a cafe, camera shop, ice cream parlor, gift shop and trading post. Four of the five lost businesses have since reopened. The little town of 500 people has also seen half a dozen new businesses open their doors in the last year.

City business owners attribute the growth to support from the community. Idaho State Police have determined the fire was a case of arson, but no arrests have been made. Idaho City is a popular tourist location about 35 miles northeast of Boise.
