Magistrate Judge Cannon Resigns

TWIN FALLS • Fifth District Magistrate Judge Nicole Cannon resigned Friday afternoon  after she was cited for driving under the influence in Boise. Cannon’s resignation was announced in a statement released by 5th District Trial Court Administrator . The resignation was effective immediately. Cannon had only served 15 months as magistrate after she succeeded retiring Judge Howard Smyser.
