New Restaurant Opening Soon In Buhl

I have to admit I don't make it to Buhl often enough. I have heard there are some pretty amazing restaurants there, even heard the best pizza place is in Buhl. Coming soon, Buhl is going to have a brand new bistro.

The restaurant is called The Kanaka Bistro. They will have a full menu with some vegetarian, other healthy options and of course some fried foods. Right now they are keeping the menu a surprise. They did say there will also be beer, wine and coffee.

The new bistro will be located on Main Street next to Barker Realty close to Cloverleaf Creamery. Apparently the location used to be a beauty salon so they had to completely renovate the space.

An official opening date has not been announced yet, but they are aiming at late December or early January. With construction and it being winter time you just never know what kind of issues and set backs might get in the way.

They also told me that they will have the kitchen mostly open so customers can actually see their food being made. Not that there would be any reason to not trust food coming out of a professional kitchen, but at least you will know it is going to be freshly made.

I am really hoping the renovations get done quickly and the restaurant can open their doors as soon as possible. Buhl isn't far away and it is hard to say no to good food. As soon as we know an official opening date we will let everyone know.
