UPDATE: Shoshone Child Enticement Case Closed
UPDATE: The Shoshone Police Department have ended the investigation of a suspected child enticement case. KMVT News is reporting that the police chief said the incident did not happen after an extensive investigation.
SHOSHONE, Idaho (KLIX) – Police are searching for a man who allegedly enticed a 9-year-old child on Tuesday near the Sinclair gas station in Shoshone.
The man offered the child money to get into his car, according to police, but the child screamed and ran away.
The child described the man as being a Hispanic, about 6 feet 2 inches tall and wearing dirty-looking clothes, a black jacket and blue jeans. He was also described as having short black hair and a mustache.
The man may be driving a white SUV, according to police.
