Five snowmobilers and a cross country skier are back home safe and sound after being lost yesterday in the South Hills.  The Twin Falls County Sheriff’s office reported yesterday that five area residents, including a 7 year old, were snowmobiling in the South Hills yesterday.

The Sheriff’s Office received a call around 6:30 last evening that the group was late.  After a short search all were found safe around 8:30.  During that same time period the Sheriff’s Office was alerted that a cross country skier was missing.  The skier was finally found around 10 p.m. when he was able to send a text message seeking help.  He was found with the help of the St. Luke’s helicopter.  He was not hurt.
