The annual St. Patrick’s Day

parade is scheduled for tomorrow and there will be some road closures in the area as a result.  The Twin Falls Police say Main Ave. from the 600 Block East to Main Ave. North and Dierkes Street will be closed for the parade beginning at 11:30 a.m. and will reopen after the parade around 1 p.m.  Those participating in the parade will line up in the 500 to 600 block of Main Ave. East.  Parade goers are reminded to park two to four blocks away to avoid congestion in the downtown area and those participating in the parade are reminded that throwing candy from the floats is not permitted.  The 100 North block of Main Ave. will be closed until 1 a.m. Sunday for St. Patrick’s Day events in the downtown area.
