Top Story Instapoll 8/22/11:The Obama Administration’s New “Prioritization” Policy
At the behest of president Obama, the Department of Homeland Security has announced its intention to individually review roughly 300,000 pending deportation cases in federal immigration courts. Lower-priority cases -- those not involving individuals considered violent or otherwise dangerous -- will be suspended. Ignoring federal law is now called "prioritization." Do you like this new "plan?"
