Twin Falls Area Residents Hurt In Twin Falls Crash
An 82 year old woman from Twin Falls remains in stable condition in an Oregon hospital after a traffic accident in northeast Oregon. The Oregon State Police say 82 year old Margaret Nessa of Twin Falls remains in the intensive-car unit at Grande Ronde Hospital after a cattle truck failed to slow on a steep grade at a construction site on Oregon Highway 82 Thursday. Nessa's son, 67 year old Christopher Nessa from Mission Viejo, California was driving the vehicle. He was treated for minor injuries. His wife, 65 year old Beverly Nessa, and 78 year old Barbara Kunkle were also in the vehicle. Both were taken to Idaho area hospitals with serious injuries. The driver of the cattle truck died at the scene.
