Twin Falls Man Arrested for Rape at Gas Station

TWIN FALLS, Id. ( KMVT / KSVT ) A local man has been accused of rape. According to court records, Emigdio Sanchez-Aguilar 26, raped a female at a convenience store on Addison Avenue East in Twin Falls in the early morning hours of November 9.

Police say they were called to the scene just after 1 a.m. The suspect is charged with having committed the crime in the stores bathroom. Just after 11 a.m. that morning, police arrested Sanchez-Aguilar in the 200 block of West Main in Jerome driving a car described by the victim. His bond was set at $100,000 and will have a preliminary hearing on Friday, November 20, 2015.
