Twin Falls Man Sentenced to 35 Years in Prison for Shooting Ex-wife
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – A Twin Falls man was sentenced to 35 years in prison for shooting his ex-wife three times in late 2016.
Fifth District Judge Ned C. Williamson ruled that Randy Michael Evans, 25, serve a 30-year fixed sentence before he’d be eligible for parole. He is charged with battery with the intent to commit murder and use of a deadly weapon, according to the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
Evans shot his ex-wife, who survived, in November 2016.
