12 Year Old Murder Case Moved to Blaine County

HAILEY, Idaho ( KMVT / KSVT ) - A 12 year old Camas County murder case is being moved to the Idaho Fifth Judicial Court in Blaine County. 37 year old Harley Park is charged with first degree murder after allegedly killing 61 year old Fairfield resident, Lynn Stevenson, back in September of 2003. Park was discovered over Stevenson's body at the time of the crime. A police report says it appears park punched and kicked Stevenson with steel toe boots and chocked him to death.
