UPDATE: Amber Alert – 3 Year Old Girl Abducted In Meridian

UPDATE: 3:14pm: Officials say the girl has been located and is safe.

An amber alert has been issued statewide for a 3 year old girl abducted from her daycare in Meridian this morning.

KMVT reports - According to Meridian Police, Abbigail Villascan was allegedly abducted by her grandmother around 8:45 a.m. The child is described as Hispanic, 3 feet tall and 40 pounds. She has black eyes and black hair. Police are looking for Barbara Morrison. She is described as a white female, 41 years old, 5 feet 8 inches and 190 pounds. She has hazel eyes and brown hair. She is the non-custodial grandparent. She is driving a gold 2005 Hyundai Elantra, four door sedan with Idaho license Plate 1A XT911.
