Idaho’s Drug Overdose Epidemic

Idaho is in the midst not only of a drug epidemic, but an overdose epidemic.

Sometimes it's an overdose from illegal drugs and sometimes from prescription medicines.  Twin Falls County Prosecuting Attorney Grant Loebs addressed the issue this morning on Top Story (the YouTube video of the program is below).  He also spoke about the future of the death penalty.  When a judge in Arkansas stayed a series of executions, it underscored a growing public opposition to taking the lives of convicted killers.
