Pocatello Truck Driver Dies After Train Collision

Emergency crews say the crossing arm was down and resting near the cab of the man's dump truck. The driver was outside of the truck on the running boards, trying to lift the crossing arm off of his truck when it was hit by the train. The driver, 41-year-old Jimmy Keith Wilcoxon of Pocatello, died.  The truck he was driving is from PSI Waste Systems.  Crews on the scene believe the garbage truck was likely headed for the Bannock County landfill this morning when it was hit by the Union Pacific train.
