California’s Communist Court of Appeals (Opinion)

The decision from the 9^th Circuit wasn’t a surprise.

After a federal judge in Washington State granted a stay on President Trump’s refugee pause from seven nations the case went to San Francisco.  The city is home to the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals (the three judge panel is scattered among western states).  The panel is considered the most left-leaning in the country.  Eighty percent of its decisions that end up at the Supreme Court of the United States are reversed.  It was our opening discussion on Top Story today.
