The decision from the 9th Circuit wasn’t a surprise.

Eighty percent of its decisions that end up at the Supreme Court of the United States are reversed.

After a federal judge in Washington State granted a stay on President Trump’s refugee pause from seven nations the case went to San Francisco.  The city is home to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (the three judge panel is scattered among western states).  The panel is considered the most left-leaning in the country.  Eighty percent of its decisions that end up at the Supreme Court of the United States are reversed.  It was our opening discussion on Top Story today.
