Raul Labrador on Obamacare Replacement

Nobody was happy with the Obamacare replacement.

So explains U.S. Representative Raul Labrador of Idaho.  The Congressman appeared on Top Story as news was breaking from Capitol Hill.  The first effort to replace Obamacare arrived on the Hill D.O.A.  Dead-on-arrival!  Now, the business of putting forth two other bills favored by conservative Republicans begins.  You can hear the conversation below.  The Representative joins us about two minutes into the broadcast.
