Let the Democrats Shut Down Government Over DACA (Opinion)

First, all my blue-blood conservative betters tell me Donald Trump speaking like regular Americans isn’t right.

Having practically been raised in a bowling alley and a tavern my old man frequented, I can report it’s confirmation they don’t want us having a say in government and our common future.  How do these arrogant pipsqueaks in their 13-inch shirt collars differ from pompous liberals?  They claim they can commune with us because between sophomore and junior years “Mumsie” got them a job parking cars at “The club”.

The elites aren’t happy with the 2016 results but I can’t think of any other Republicans who could’ve downed Clinton.  I really like Cruz, Jindal, Paul and Perry but not one of the four had the bravado, lack of political correctness or TV presence to pull out victory.  They would all make fine, fine presidents but this is a celebrity age.  Trump, whether you like the blunt speech or not is channeling something truly special about flyover country.  He’s a regular guy with a big bank account.  Remember the movie where Rodney Dangerfield was the “regular guy” who inherited great wealth but played poker with the boys in the basement?

Trump also has governed not just as a populist but championed many conservative causes.  If I wanted a candidate I agreed with 100 percent of the time then I’d be running for office.

This DACA business is a scam.  Lindsey Graham and his cronies owe their big donors and they don’t trust us.  Liberals are just pissed because their plans to destroy traditional America have been temporarily thwarted.

2016 was just the start.  Flyover country is filled with potty-mouth tough guys and if you recall your history of Appalachia, pushing them around is a very bad approach.
