			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Idaho Fish and Game Department says two men from Hailey have received fines and  penalties after being caught poaching in Custer County.  A total of 49 citations and 21 warnings were issued to seven individuals this week by Custer County Magistrate Judge Charles L. Roos. 44 year old Juan Pasillas-Garcia of Hailey, was sentenced to 540 days in jail with  all but 40  suspended. He also must pay over $3,200  in fines and fees and his hunting, fishing and trapping privileges were suspended for 15 years.
